On Tuesday, October 7, 2003, KENNETH MAURICE COLLARD, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Virginia Lee Collard; father of Kennita Anne Collard, Kennita Lee Williams, Virginia Ann Dixon and Charles L. "Fred" Collard; grandfather of Kelly M. Wolfe, Jacqueline C. Fischer, Matthew A. Collard, Paul B. and Michael D. Dixon. Also survived by six great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, 500 University Blvd., West, Silver Spring, MD, Friday, 3 to 5 p.m., with prayers at 4:30 p.m. Graveside service and interment Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday, October 21, 2003 at 3 p.m. (meet at Administration Building at 2:30 p.m.) Memorial contributions may be made to United Cerebral Palsy, 3901 Woodhaven Lane, Bowie, MD 20715.
