Beloved husband of the late Virginia Lee Collard; father of Kennita Anne Collard, Kennita Lee Williams, Virginia Ann Dixon and Charles L. "Fred" Collard; grandfather of Kelly M. Wolfe, Jacqueline C. Fischer, Matthew A. Collard, Paul B. and Michael D. Dixon. Also survived by six great-grandchildren.
