Claudia, Chia, Shana, and Ming,
I am absolutely shocked and deeply saddened at Loren's passing. He was a great guy to have in the lab and his stories of life as a roadie were always entertaining. I will miss his passion for music, his great sense of humor, and the fact that he looked better in my dress than I did that Halloween. My heart and prayers are with you and your family during this time of great sorrow.

Loren was a very special person. We worked with Loren when he was in 36 at NIH. He wore a dress on halloween and was gorgeous Everybody loved him. He will be deeply missed. Our hearts are with his family at this time.

You are loved and cherished. How lucky we are to have known you. How devastated we are to lose you. With you, the world was a brighter place. Without you we can only remember. We all shine on, like the moon and the stars and the sun...some shine brighter than others. Thanks for illuminating the way. Thanks for being a great friend. See you in heaven.
