To the family of Dee Murphy,
May your current pain at the loss of your loved one, soon be replaced by the knowledge that she was loved and will be missed by so many. Dee was one of the constants at NNMC and her smile and dedication to what ever she was doing, made the Command a better place to be whether you were a staff member, a visitor or a patient. She made you feel welcome, calm and noticed.
She was a person you could talk to for 5 minutes and feel like she had known you all your life. She made thing better. She made people smile. She made a positive difference for everyone she met.
She will be missed as you well know, but she will not be forgotten by those of us who knew her and loved her.
Thank you for allowing us to have so much of her time. May God bless you and support you as you move forward as you know she would want us all to do
Peace,
Harrell and Erleen Gillis

Dear Jim and Family,
We are deeply saddened to hear of Dee's passing and will miss her greatly. She was such a bundle of energy, working circles around us younger ones, serving wherever needed at NNMC. A wonderful treasure has been lost!
May the love of friends and family carry you through this difficult time.
With our prayers and love,
Richard and Ginny Mohr

We were saddened to hear of Dee's passing. We have known her for many years as she was so involved in the lives of the Navy Dental families, helping them find homes, sell homes, rent homes or just offering advice.
After retiring from real estate, she gave so much of herself to other Navy folks at the hospital. She always had a smile and was so willing to be of assistance. She will be greatly missed.

Dee was a the first person on the scene for new arrivals to Bethesda and often the one to bid many adieu. An honorable and trusted friend.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
Love and Blessings

I remember Dee about fifty or more years ago when our kids were little and Dee worked in the school office at Little Flower. We all loved her and she had a little girl about three or four who had a school uniform. We called Dee "Mother Murphy". I also used to catch up with her when she was at the Navy pharmacy in Bethesda. What a great lady -- we need more like her. Fondly, Mae Beuchert
