MARTA MARTIN Obituary


MARTA A. MARTIN  
Passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015 at her home in Vienna, VA. She is survived by her daughter Susan Elizabeth Oakley; granddaughters, Christina Rose Sackett who was her companion for many years, Catherine Marta Sackett-Alley (Randy Alley) and Margaret Claire Sackett, who was one of her main caregivers in the last days of her life; her great-granddaughter, Callie Elizabeth Sackett-Alley; her sisters, Pamela Martin Perry and Susan Martin Mansfield of Houston, TX; her half-brother, James Haentzschel. She was predeceased by two sons, Thomas Richard Oakley III and Frederick Todd Oakley and her brother, John Squires Martin. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 10 at 11 a.m. at the MONEY AND KING FUNERAL HOME, 171 West Maple Ave., Vienna, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Doctors without Borders or the Fairfax Humane Society. The online guestbook is available atwww.moneyandking.com
