Mary Gannett Obituary
GANNETT MARY ADELE GANNETT (Age 93) On Friday, December 25, 2009, of Silver Spring, MD, Mary Adele Gannett passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Rockville Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel Dean Gannett and loving daughter of Bernardo and Louise Piccioni. Mrs. Gannett is survived by her devoted children, Diana, Albert, Paul and James; adored grandchildren, Cheri Guterrize, Christopher and Anthony Gannett; two loving great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; numerous cherished nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. On Tuesday, January 5, 2010, family and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at HINES-RINALDI FUNERAL HOME, 11800 Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, where services will be held on Wednesday, January 6 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Gannett''s name may be made to Holy Cross Hospice, 9805 Dameron Drive, Silver Spring, MD 20902.
