Nine years. Grave site visit, flowers, twenty-one steps. Miss you always.

Anniversary number 8. Brought you flowers with Mom and Cynthia and left roses for Jim and Hermann. It took two and a half years for the rebuild. Aug 28, 2009 left an indelible mark on my life. May 5th is steeped in memories. The events and the dates never go away, nor do the the wishes of those who have gone before us.

It's been 7 years since we lost you and almost 2 years for our other great loss. I think about you every day especially when I remember Aug 28, 2009.

Dad, today is anniversary number 6. I filled out a remembrance this morning but it was never posted. I'm glad you aren't here to see the worst of your worries come to pass. You've kept Mom safe, and for that, I give thanks.

12 days ago was the 5th anniversary. Cinco de Mayo isn't a day of celebration for me but it will forever stand out in my mind as a day of devastating impact. Mom and I talked on the day. We remember everything like it was yesterday.

This past Monday was anniversary number 4. Eric remarked that it really didn't seem like that much time had gone by. Mom, Cynthia and I visited the grave site the day before the anniversary and placed flowers. Dad, we all miss you.

Mary Helen, my deepest sympathy to you and family. Though I learned of his passing late, I pray for much strength as each day goes by, especially during those special days (holidays, birthdays, etc.).

Dear MaryHelen and family. Please accept my deepest sympathies at your loss. I think to some degree, you can judge a person by their children, and while not knowing your siblings - I would say your father must be a very good man. Heaven will have a loving spot for him. Love, Steve

I will always remember Myron as the loving father that he was. I remember too how when Helen and I would vist and he would carefully give directions and repeat them several times so he was certain we were going in the right direction and would indeed arrive....I now do that in my teaching to be sure my students understand. Thank you, Myron, for your loving care and love and peace to your dear family.

As brother-in-law and uncle, Myron will always be remembered for love of his family, love of his country, a person who knew so much about just everything, had an excellent character and a quick-wit.

Rest in peace with Our Lord, dear Myron. May Jesus give consolation and peace to Therese and her family.

If the tin man was right when he said we are judged not by how much we love, but by how much we are loved by others, then this was indeed a great man. Now the rest of us pass our love along to the family who mourn him. Myron is now in the hands of the greatest love. God bless you all.
