NAHIDA NABIL BARBARI (Age 61)
On Thursday, September 1, 2016, Nahida Barbari, of Annandale, VA, a Beloved daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother passed away. Nahida is the beloved wife of Nabil Barbari; loving mother of Fayeruz (Robert) Regan, Nadia (Gilberto) Pietri, and Nabeela Barbari; grandmother of Gilberto IV, Laila, and Hamilton; sister of Ida Tawasha and Albert, Jad, and Eddy Jr. Ibrahim. Predeceased by her parents, Adeeb and Yasmeen Ibrahim and sister JoAnne Ibrahim. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church, 10620 River Road, Potomac, MD 20854, where funeral services will be held immediately following at 7 p.m. Burial Services will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Fairfax Memorial Park Cemetery located at 9900 Braddock Rd., Fairfax, VA 22032. Please assemble at the Cemetery Office at 10:45 a.m. Arrangements by Philip D. Rinaldi Funeral Service, Silver Spring, MD.

Dear Nabil and family, I just found out about the passing of Nahida and cannot believe it. I'm so very sorry for your loss. I haven't seen you in years but I have very fond memories of her fun personality and kindness. As I looked I also found out about Joanne's passing. I'm so very sorry to hear this. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May they both rest in peace!

Although I have only known you the last 5 years, you became one of my dear friends, thank you for welcoming me to this Northern VA area, I will greatly miss you. Bill I was pleased to have had the pleasure of meeting you but only heard wonderful stories of all her family which she greatly loved, which I feel like I already know. She helped me through the loss of my mother 2 years ago, I know there is no words that can comfort in this time of grief, but remembering her positive personality and continuing her positive spirt I can only hope will help ease some of the pain, and to make this loss to be not be so difficult, I will use it also, I considered her family too. Miss you lady!!!
