On April 14, 2007, PATRICIA PATE CUNNINGHAM of Chevy Chase, MD; wife of George W. Cunningham; mother of John P. Cunningham of Baltimore, MD and Ann C. Clessas of Alexandria, VA; sister of Jack Pate of Newbern, TN; grandmother of Calvin Clessas and Kenneth Clessas. Also survived by an aunt, Lou Pate Koenig Jones; a son-in-law, George Clessas and a daughter-in-law, Bonnie Bonnell Cunningham. Memorial services will be held at National Presbyterian Church, 4101 Nebraska Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20016 on Monday, April 23 at 1 p.m. Interment private. Memorial donations may be made to National Presbyterian Church Archives Fund, 4101 Nebraska Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20016. Arrangements by JOSEPH GAWLER'S SONS.

I have very fond memories of my neighbors, Pat & George when we lived in Newton Lower Falls, MA.
I was planting some flower seeds in a flower bed between our two homes. Pat was in awe that those tiny seeds grew into flowers!
