Dear Family Members,
I can only know of your tremendous loss, having Andrea as a dear colleague for many years. How proud Paul must have been of her and of you all. I am so very sorry for your loss. My dad was a WWII Navy man. Too see Paul in this uniform touched my heart.
Peace and blessings....

Dear Bea, Ken and Glenda, and Paul's family,
Paul was a good friend , fun to be around and a great tennis buddy. I missed the events surrounding his passing , due to my attendance at the funeral of my brother-in-law in Florida. I talked with Paul occasionally during the past year and always felt he was going to heal. I miss him greatly as a fine gentleman and a friend. I pray for all of you to rejoice in Paul's life.
Sadly,

It is great sadness to know we won't have Paul to talk with, spend time and depend upon. He was the best Brother-in-Law anyone could have. I am so sorry for everyone's loss. But in these times I try to think of all the wonderful times we shared, hanging with him at
home, during holidays, going to the Beach and traveling together.
Paul being there made everything better and brighter. Fran and I are not able to make the trip for Paul's Service, but we are there in our thoughts.

Uncle Paul made a profound influence in my life, more than he knew. I can't count the number of times I shared his legacy with others. Even more wonderful was the bonding time he spent with my son at the last family reunion. Although sad, my son Christopher has endless funny, happy stories about his time with Uncle Paul (including many I didn't hear about after the reunion...with good reason:-) ) We have been graced with our extended family, and our thoughts and prayers are with them. We love you Uncle Paul!!

To The Entire Harned Family, I was so sad to read about Paul's passing in the paper. It seems like yesterday that we were all hanging out at the Wilson tennis courts cheering for Charlotte, Miles and the rest of the Hornet's tennis players. I have fond memories of Paul on and of the tennis court. You are a blessed family to have had such a nice Father, Husband and Grandpa in your lives- he will be missed by many.
