Peter Topping Obituary
Born on May 13, 1916 to Vasilios and Anatasia (Makris) Topitzes in Milwaukee, WI, Mr. Topping passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2003 in Falls Church, VA. Beloved husband of Eva Catafygiotu Topping of McLean, VA; father of John Topping and his wife, Anatasia. Also survived by his granddaughter, Vasiliki Topping; sister, Sandra Brown; and brothers, Memo Topitzes and Nicholas Topping. Friends may call on Thursday, October 23 at EVERLY COMMUNITY FUNERAL CARE, 6161 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 24 at St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church, 3149 Glen Carlyn Rd., Falls Church, VA at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nativity of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church, PO Box 203, Fredericksburg, VA 22404.
