Wow...what can I say, I've been with Shoppers part-time for almost 15 years. I've seen Managers come and go, I've worked with some gems and some duds. Mr. Lindenberger was certainly a true GEM!!! He was a rare person, kind, gentle, and easy going, BUT, he expected the BEST from his employees. Well, betcha by golly wow, he got the best because he was the BEST!!! He made my days at Shoppers #9 some of my best days with the company!! To his family, you are in my prayers. But know this, he made such an impact on so many people. He was a people person and everyone who knew him, knew a GREAT GUY!!! It saddens me when people leave us, but it's really hard when GOOD people leave us, only because there are so many people that need to be touched by people like Mr. Lindenberger. Jan, 30th may not have been such a good day here...but it was a GREAT day in heaven. It makes me feel good to know that there's one more Angel watching over us!! When #9 closed I think I work under his son Sonny at my present home, Shoppers #19 for a VERY short period of time (maybe a week or two), but I understand that the chip didn't fly to far from the block!! Peace and Blessings!!!

Lindenberger Family

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Lindenberger at Shoppers, He was a wonderful, thoughtful, and compassionate individual, he cared about people and a family man....his family came first. You never saw him when he didn't have a family story to tell usually about his grandchildren. He will most definetly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his entire family during this devasting time. Cherish his memories and remember his smile.
