On December 10, 2015, Phyllis Rae Palmer (nee Matza); beloved wife of the late William Palmer; devoted mother of Andrew Coste and Daniel Coste; dear sister of Irene Matza; cherished grandmother of Natalie Coste.Funeral services and interment will be held at Maryland Veterans Cemetery - Cheltenham, MD on Thursday, December 17 at 1 p.m. Please omit flowers. Phyllis was my hero, my mentor and my very good friend. To all who knew her, she was extremely generous and caring. One of my favorite memory was sitting at the dinner table with Phyllis and Bill exchanging stories of the day. I will treasures my memories.
