Ray was my Commanding Officer at EODMU ONE after EOD School. He very personable and supportative and made us new troops feel like a part of the family. He will always be a CO and he will always be my friend. God Bless.

It was an honor to have been introduced to Ray back in the 80's at the Navy Ordnance Station in Indian Head. Ray was a wonderful asset to the Navy community and a pleasure to work with. It will be highly missed by the Navy community.
