RAYMOND PARISI Obituary


Dr. RAYMOND JOHN PARISI  
On June 3, 2021, in Raleigh, NC, Dr. Raymond John Parisi took the hand of Jesus Christ and ascended into Paradise. Raymond was born to Carmine Parisi and Fannie Campanella Parisi in Newark, NJ, on October 6, 1933. In pursuit of higher education, Raymond received his BA in Pre-Medical Studies from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. Afterward, he attended medical school at both the University of North Dakota and at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he received his Doctor of Medicine Degree. He specialized in obstetrics and gynecology, practicing medicine in Washington, DC and Southern Maryland for 30 years.He will be missed by his wife of 60 years, Beth Parisi; son, Ray Parisi Jr. (wife Gretchen); daughter, Maria Parisi; daughter Michele McKinley (husband Kraig); and his four grandchildren: Laura, Anna, Alex and Adrienne. Mass at Saint Michael's Catholic Church at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 7.
