Robert Martini Obituary

Robert E. Martini, Jr., widower of the late Gail Fowler Martini, passed away in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on January 21, 2025, at the age of 64. He was a cherished husband, brother, uncle, stepfather, grandfather, and friend to many. Born on June 3, 1960, in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, to the late Robert Martini and Jane Martini, Bob lived a life full of love, adventure, and family.
Bob was known for his love of travel, NASCAR, Penn State, and his deep patriotism for his country. He lived most of his life in Maryland and retired from Prince George's County, where he worked as a Certified Master Mechanic. He later relocated to Southern Delaware, where he and Gail built their dream home, their beach home. Surrounded by their travel treasures, they embraced the joys of retirement.
Bob is survived by his sister, Kathy Martini Burns; his nephews, Robert Burns (Ariana) and William Burns (Lindsay); and his great-nieces, Josephine and Carmela Burns. He is also survived by his stepdaughter, Kimberly Goff (Robert), and his grandchildren, Lindsay Goff and Christian Goff.
Bob's life was filled with laughter, love, and lifelong friendships. He will be deeply missed by all who have the privilege of knowing him. May his soul rest in peace and may the memories of his passion for life and love continue to inspire us.
A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.

Steve and I always loved spending time with Bobby and Gail. Steve and Bob can have their political arguments again now with Gail being the voice of reason. Gailie has been missed for a little while now but she and Bob are together again. Rest in paradise my friends. Love you always.

Rest in peace Pal, you definetlly one of the best. I was a PG officer for many years and was known to tear up a car or two (or 12) !no matter what time I came in Bob always got me going again. There were many times I would just stop in to BS, Bob was the kind of guy who always made you feel welcome and he was always ALWAYS good for a laugh. To say I´m in shock to hear of his passing is an understatement. Bob you will be sorely missed by many, thanks for always going above and beyond, and for always remaining true to yourself. You were truly one of the good ones my friend.

Till we meet again.

Really good, down to earth guy. We had good times laughing and talking about shop politics at the tool box.
