my wife and I will miss Rogar as a friend and as the guy that kept our three cars in tip top condition. He cared.

I was shocked and saddened today to hear of Rogar's passing. I hadn't seen him in about a year, but have many fond memories of him. His death, so soon after John's death, makes this especially difficult. I'm sure, however, that Rogar, Johnny and my Tommy have already played 18 holes by now and that brings me some comfort. My deepest sympathy to all of Rogar's family and friends.

Had just reconnected with Rogar after many years. Jay, Linda, Greg, Mark, Rogar and Me and my wife had met for drinks in Thurmont and had fun reminiscing about our younger days. You will surely be missed, Brother! Love to the Odette family, Glenn and Debbie Melton.

We have many treasured memories of Roger. He has been my volunteer brother and protector since the late 80's, always with wise words of advice! Rat (Mark) and Rog have been friends forever, and I was fortunate to gain a longstanding friendship by assocation. Rogar was very proud and supportive of his family and talked about you at every opportunity. Rest in peace, dear friend. You will be missed! Diana (and Mark) Ratliff

Rogar was an acquaintenance for just over a year, he was a pleasant kind and unique soul. I will miss seeing you and chatting with you on those rare occasions. Never-the-less I will miss you. Tina Hill
