Fondly remembering Roger "Peanut" Carter as a fierce "Golden Eagle", the pride of Booker T. Washington High School- Staunton, VA . Holding space, in prayer, for "Mick" Elizabeth Maddox-Carter, his wife of 57 years, my Classmate, as she mourns and at the same time celebrates her first birthday without her beloved partner. Holding space in prayer for "Peanut's daughter, grandson, son-in-law and his last sibling, Charles Preston Carter, as they navigate...from here without the physical presence of this precious child of the living God. May you be greeted by many Golden Eagles in eternity.
