Sammy was one happy fella. He could light up a room just by crossing the threshold. He was brilliant, caring and loved the Agency and its mission. He always gave 110%, and motivated others to follow suit. His likes will never be replaced, but he will be more than missed by his many friends.

Sammy was a great frend and co-worker. He helped me out of many a tight spot, as he did for many others. He will be missed.
