SHEILA RENEE'' DOWELL (Age 57)
On Monday, January 25, 2016, beloved daughter of Raymond and Mary Darden Dowell, Silver Spring, MD; sister of Mary Blake, Washington, DC and Raye Dowell, Los Angeles, CA. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Friday, February 5 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., AKA Service is at 9:30 a.m. at Zion Baptist Church, 4850 Blagden Ave., NW, Washington, DC. Rev.
