SHEILA TILGHMAN MILBOURNE  
On September 13, 2017. A native Washingtonian, she was born on June 20, 1937. Sheila is survived by her four children, Phillip Milbourne, Sr., Carolyn Hantz, Adrienne Thompson and Kimberly Milbourne.Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Galilee Baptist Church, 2101 Shadyside Avenue, Suitland, MD 20746. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you generously give to the www.Akaeaf.org Thompson-Tilghman endowment. Cards can be sent to The Milbourne Family Home.
