On Thursday, February 7, 2002, of Falls Church, VA. Beloved mother of Sophea Touch Kelly and son-in-law Keo Kelly; beloved daughter of Sahorn Prum; beloved sister of Nari A. Argueta and Him Prum. Also survived by two sisters, one brother, five nephews, one niece, two step-daaughters and two step-grandsons. Services to be held on Monday, February 11; viewing from 9 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m., at Iglesia Evangelica Church, Arlington, VA.
