Stephen Girard Obituary
STEPHEN S. GIRARD Jr.
On Friday, August 11, 2023 of Germantown, MD following a prolonged illness. Born October 15, 1934 in Brookline, Massachusetts to the late Louise Coyle Girard and Stephen S. Girard. Beloved husband of nearly 57 years of Elizabeth B. Girard; devoted father of Christine L. Scott (husband, Michael), Laurie A. Williams (husband, Mark), and Stephen S. Girard, III (wife, Angela); cherished grandfather of Anna C. Williams, Tyler J. Williams, Jessica A. Girard, Kailey G. Williams, Michael S. Girard, Brandy C. Scott, Andrew W. Girard, and the late Michael R. Scott. Stephen is also survived by extended family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Cedarbrook Community Church, 23700 Stringtown Road, Clarksburg, MD on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11 a.m. Private interment will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick, MD.
