Mr. Walls will lie in state at STEWART FUNERAL HOME, 4001 Benning Road NE, Washington, DC 20019, on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Celebration of life service will be held at Ebenezer AME Church, 7707 Allentown Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744, on Friday August 23, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Final resting place at Maryland National Cemetery, Laurel, MD. In his memory, donations may be made to: Friendshipcharityinc.org

He was the best father a boy could ask for, no matter what the reason he always had a way to make me laugh. My mother and I couldn't be more grateful to have such a wonderful person in our life. I wish I could tell him how everything is going now but one day I know that I will be able to see him again. One day we will meet again.
