Knowing Sue was a blessing in my life. I was fortunate to work with Sue at USCG until our retirements, and to have our paths cross post-retirement at our mutual HMO office. Sue was certainly a very important part of the Coast Guard legal program in both its professional and personal contexts. More though, she was also a wonderful lady to know. (I will always recall how she taught me about a great manicure (and manicurist) - among so many other shared experiences.) Her delightful family always brought a smile to her in our conversations, and I pray memories of her will always bring smiles to them, as it shall to me.
Peace and prayers --
Elaine

Sue was special. She loved my soup and expressed her displeasure when I did not serve her favorite chicken noodle at bingo. She encouraged me to keep on cooking for bingo, even when attendance was low. She'd throw a tip in the jar. "Now that's for you." She would say. She knew that the tip jar bought kitchen equipment. So I'd like to tell you Sue, I made a new soup. Not spicy, so I know you would have loved it - cream of chicken and wild rice. Dunn Loring Bingo misses you, I miss you. Rest In Peace Sue. Now you CAN have the chili.

My condolences to the family. Sue will truly be missed at bingo. She was always helpful and friendly to new people who never play bingo before. She is in a better place now. God bless
