On April 17, 2004, of Alexandria, VA. Beloved husband of Patricia T. Manley; father of Kathryn Morelli, Thomas F. Manley II, Gerald R. Manley, John S. Manley, James P. Manley, Maureen Kemeza; brother of Leo Manley; grandfather of 11. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 25, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m with a Rosary at 2:30 p.m. at DEMAINE SPRINGFIELD-ANNANDALE CHAPEL, Backlick and Edsall Rds., Springfield, VA. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 26 at 11 a.m. at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, 4329 Sano St., Alexandria, VA. Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association, The American Cancer Society or The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation.
