I remember Tim and his brother, Michael. I want to honor them both with prayers of musical grace and spiritual honor which seem appropriate during this sad time. I will always remember their love and joy and amazing musical contributions. I hope the family will find some peace in that fact and feel love and support from us all.

Tim was a great friend of mine. I loved his banter, his humor, his incredible love and deep understanding of literature, traits he shared with his late brother, Mike. On a snowy vacation in Meadville years ago, Tim and Mike conferred upon me the status of being an "honorary member of the Smith family." This honor has been a source of pride for more than 40 years. The Trupp Family will always carry a place in our hearts for the Smith family. The sudden loss of Tim is a sad blow, a hurt that can never be fully repaired. Our sympathy and love go out to the family. We remain always honorary Smiths.

I will never forget the great times we had on Park Avenue in the late 70's upstairs in Tim's room with Ralph & Kevin listening to Tim play guitar, marveling over the album "Masque" by Kansas, and just hanging out. OMG we spent a lot of quality time up there!! We were all such great great friends. Then...there was the wedding of Tim and Trish, then off to our adult lives we went to begin families, careers, and etc. Tim and I lost touch with each other over the years as we all went on our seperate life ventures. I regret that we did not stay in touch. He was a peaceful, thoughtful, witty, talented, and deep individual. Maybe someday I will be blessed to hear his music again.
To Tim's family: May Tim's legacy serve as a light to guide you on your healing path. May the peace of God be with you all.

Love...
Chrissie (Kostelich) Magrino
