Vance Hobbs Obituary

HOBBS, VANCE

On Saturday, March 19, 2005, beloved husband of Rachel Hobbs; devoted father of Jennifer Sue Hobbs. Also survived by his stepchildren, Rory Whitney and Taneka Miller; four step-grandchildren, Maya and Miles Whitney, Carlin and Keon Miller; three sisters, Evelyn, Louise and Gladys; five sisters-in-law, Faye Diggs, Brenda Shepard, Sharon, Velma and Myra Miller; five brothers-in-law, William, Arthur, Glenn, Frank and Charles Miller; other relatives and friends. The late Mr. Hobbs may be viewed at STEWART FUNERAL HOME, 4001 Benning Rd., NE Thursday, March 24, 5 to 9 p.m., where services will be held Friday, March 25 at 11 a.m. Interment Quantico National Cemetery.
