Flora (and Tark) Milans
March 16, 2009
I have many fond memories of Vic when he worked for the then Federal Power Commission. He was an expert in his field and always put the public interest first.
He was also a good friend. We shared happy times when Jeanne was dating Vic, when Court was born and as he grew up.
Our deepest sympathy to Jeanne, Court, and the rest of the family.
