On Thursday, July 25, 2024 departed this life. Born January 12, 1957, to Eveyln Allen and raised by both her and Lorenzo Logan in Washington, DC. She was married to William Dexter Clark for 47-years and survived by R. Renee Clark Esq., William Jason Clark, Christina Ashley Clark, and daughter-in-law Melanie Turpin Clark, as well as grandparents to Kayla Angel Renee Whitlock. As an active member of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden, MD. Vivian leaves a legacy of selfless serving and caring for others while using all that God provided for many to emulate. Service on Monday, August 12, Visitation 10 a.m., Service 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Glenarden, 3600 Brightseat Rd.
