I have many wonderful and funny memories of Uncle Walter. One of my favorite memories is how he loved to dance...and he could dance! I always had a great dancing partner at family weddings. I will miss your smile, Uncle Walter. God bless your family.
With love, Sharron

Dear Cathy, I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad. I did see him about a week before he passed. We continued our conversations that we had started in the past. He was struggling but willing to chat. I learned so much from him in the short time I was visiting him at Sunrise. What a special man.

Walt was my first friend when we lived across the street from each other on Oneida Place in Washington. We were close during Gonzaga and Georgetown, He was the handsomest usher in my wedding to Anna Marie Donohue in 1950. She died in 2012. My sincere condolences to Rachel and to his family. He was a good man in every way. Bill.

I'm very sorry for the loss, my sincere condolences and prayers to the Burns family. I did not personally know mr. Walter, but I can tell he was a great person and will be dearly missed. May you all find comfort in knowing that God is never the cause of such tragedies, but holds a firm memory of those we love and care for.
