Beloved husband of Evelyn Callan Mullen; devoted father of James Callan Mullen, Paul Davis Mullen, Carla Mitchell, Christopher Elliott (Renee) Mullen, Elizabeth Glenn (Kevin) Mullen-Zehner. He was preceded in death by his eldest son, William Taylor Mullen, III; dear brother of John W. Mullen and Ann Ellison. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may call at EVERLY FUNERAL HOME, 10565 Main St., Fairfax, VA on Tuesday, from 5 to 8 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 7 at 12:15 p.m. Interment Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
