Brian and I were great friends in college and after. I always admired and appreciated his intelligence and humor. He worked with me prior to attending law school. I still think of him often and miss him always.

I was absolutely shocked to learn of Brian´s passing. We were very great friends in college at UNI. Brian was a member of our fraternity - Tau Kappa Epsilon and he was VP while I was President. Subsequently he was President. Brian and I were apartment roommates for a couple of years as well. The amazing thing about it I was that I was sharing memories about Brian and the fun times we had with my girlfriend tonight (3-16-22) and she said let´s look him up. I said that I had tried to find him in the past especially when I was in Scottsdale and couldn´t find him. Tonight, we found Brian in our search and got the news that was completely unexpected and profoundly saddening. The memories however will always be cherished. I´d love to share those memories of our times together in college and after when he lived in the Twin Cities. I´d love to share those memories with you when the time is right. Please don´t hesitate to reach out any time. Prayers for strength and peace in the name of Jesus.

My sincere wish for peace and sympathy to the entire family. Many years ago when Brian was about 12 months old (give or take) I baby sat him, Rick , and Lori. Margaret is my first cousin. Haven´t seen him for many many years but he was sure a sweet baby and, it appears, stayed a sweet man as a successful attorney. Rest In Peace Brian.

The obit says it all. Brian was one of a kind and the mold was broken with his leaving us all, way too soon. Brian wore his heart on his sleeve and you could count on him, something lacking in today's world. Words don't really suffice to explain what a good soul he is. But I will always ask the question when in a quandray, "What would Brian do".....?

Brian was simply a lovely neighbor when he was in Waterloo to be close to family and "escape the heat"! Our very deepest sympathy to Jennifer, Julia and the rest of the family who mourn this very dear man!
