Leo Allen, 64, of Grand Island, NE, formerly of Waterloo, passed peacefully on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center.
He was born April 7, 1959, in Waterloo, son of Jack A. I, and Dorothy R. (Weil) Allen. He graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1978.
A funeral mass will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Waterloo. Visitation for one hour prior to mass at the church. A memorial gathering and private family burial will take place in April 2024. Memorials may be directed to the Bartels Community in Waverly.
