Marvin William Long

October 27, 1938 - February 18, 2025

It is with great sadness that the family of Marvin "Marv" Long announces his passing on February 18, 2025, at the blessed age of 86.

Marvin will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Melody (Greg) Collins, Pamela (Mike) Foland; grandchildren: Joshua (Susie) Harper, Nicholas (Christina) Long, Mikayla (Zach) Foland, Brooke (Matt) Foland, Brianna Long, Travis Long, Koen Tibbitts, Gehrig Tibbitts; several great-grandchildren; and many family members and friends. Marvin was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dixie; his son, Rodney; parents, Keith and Volet Long; brother, Kenneth Long; father and mother-in-law, Leonard and Dorothy Shepard.

Marvin's Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, Feb. 25th with one hour of Visitation prior at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home. Burial at Greenwood Cemetery. All memorial donations will go to the American Heart Association.
