Alma Jean Johnson

JOHNSON, Alma Jean, 82, resident of Deatsville, AL, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025 at Oakhill at 1:00 pm with Prattville Memorial directing. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Schraenkler and James Everett Johnson. She is survived by her two sons, Walter Franklin Vick (Irene) and Russell Allen Vick (Teresa); three grandchildren, Allyn E. Cline, Franky Vick and Kelly Cannon; three sisters, Laverne Dennis, Lillian Black and Sandra Booth; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Pallbearers will be Tanner Cline, Gary Brewer, Matthew Cobb and Chris Norris. The family would like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff of Gentiva Hospice for their care and to her sitters and friends for all their love and care. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to The ALS Association at www.als.org
