Michael Forman Obituary

Michael Philip Forman
February 8, 1972–May 12, 2022
Michael Forman, a loving brother, friend and uncle, passed away suddenly on May 12, 2022, a few months after his 50th birthday.
Michael was the son of Leon and Edith Forman and grew up in Westport, Connecticut, where he attended the Staples School. A talented artist, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design at the University of Illinois. For many years, he worked in sports advertising in New York City and was passionate about all things sports: Football, tennis and skiing were among his favorite pastimes. His many other interests included drawing, history and animals, and he rescued and rehabilitated several cats. Michael was living in New York City at the time of his death. He was a kind and loving man whose friends and family will always feel his presence when we visit Compo Beach, play a pickup basketball game, get tossed around at the Turkey Bowl, watch the New York Giants win, ski in Vermont, and whenever and wherever we experience laughter and fun.
Michael leaves behind his Aunt Bernice, brother Marcus, sister Jody, sister-in-law Deanna, brother-in-law Mike, nephew Josh and nieces Caity, Haley, Emae and Reide, cousin Karen and more close, loving friends than you can imagine.
In lieu of flowers, his family asks that you care for all animals and consider donating to the ASPCA @ https://secure.aspca.org/node/217365/p2p-comms
