Brian Kuchinski Obituary

Brian F. Kuchinski, age 37 of Montague, NJ passed away suddenly on Monday, August 11, 2025. Brian was born on June 18, 1988 in Hackensack, NJ. He was the beloved son of mother and stepfather Joanne and Joseph Cassese of Spring Hill, FL and father, Robert Kuchinski. He served our country in the United States Army during the Iraq War having been decorated with the Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Driver and Mechanic Badge with Driver-Wheeled Vehicles. Brian found wonder in the world around him and joy in every day. He was a passionate outdoorsman loving nature so much he purchased his dream home located in a peaceful and serene setting in the woods. He especially enjoyed running, camping, hiking, and kayaking. His favorite past time included gazing at the stars and building campfires for family gatherings. Brian was known as "Uncle" to his nieces and nephews and being part of their daily lives was his true joy. Brian was a talented gardener enjoying peace in the quiet beauty of tending to his vegetable and flower gardens while turning his space into a creative living work of art. As a son, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin, he brought deep pride, unwavering support, the voice of reason, and love that never faltered. He leaves behind a legacy of love~ of time well spent, of stories shared, of laughter and unshakable bonds of family. We give thanks for the way Brian has blessed our lives with treasured memories. He will be forever deeply missed by his mother and stepfather Joanne and Joseph Cassese of Spring Hill, FL. Brian had a special bond with his brothers: Michael Kuchinski and spouse Stevie of Woodridge, NY, and Gary Kuchinski and spouse Cindy of Albrightsville, PA. his nieces: Emily, Katie and Leah Kuchinski and nephews: Gary "G" and Brady Kuchinski held a very special part of his heart, and he enjoyed every moment he spent with them. He is also survived by two uncles: James Brady and spouse Deborah of Land-O-Lakes, FL and Daniel Brady and spouse Helena of Bath, PA, an aunt: Kathleen Nugent of Oradell, NJ and husband Sam (deceased), several cousins: Beth Nugent of Great Falls, MT, Thomas Nugent and spouse Haley of Jersey City, NJ, Lisa Brady and partner Eric Zinsmeyer of Haymarket, VA, James Brady and spouse Beth of Midland, MI, Daniel Brady Jr. (deceased), his 2nd cousins: Riley and Beau and extended family and many friends. Though his time with us ended far too soon, his spirit will live on in every memory and every moment of joy that reminds us of him. Family and friends are invited to honor his life and offer condolences on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, beginning 4 pm until time of service. Funeral service will be held 6:30 PM, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 1426 Route 209, Gilbert, PA followed by Military Honors. Interment is private and at the convenience of the family.
