Donald Fink Obituary

Donald B. Fink, 81, of Allentown, died peacefully at home Thursday, August 7, 2025. He and his wife, Patricia E. (Zobb), celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Bertha (Hilbert) and Edwin J. Fink and attended Dieruff High School. Of the Lutheran faith, he was an Army veteran and served as a cook. Donald was employed at A & B Meats, C D Moyer and Daytimers. He was an Eagles and Phillies fan and enjoyed gardening, cooking and casinos. Above all, he enjoyed the time he spent with his family and going "down the shore." Survivors: wife; daughter, Michele C. Kehler and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Jacqueline, Allyson, Jeffrey, Benjamin, Shannon; great grandson, Parker John; sister, Edwina Schaefer; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; other extended family. He was preceded in death by daughter, Jennifer E. Gallagher, and brothers, Robert, Frank, William, and identical twin, Ronald. Services: 4:30 PM Tuesday, August 12th, at HEINTZELMAN – STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, P. C., 274 N. Krocks Rd. Call 3:30 PM until service time. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, to Wounded Warrior Project, .

Donald, you are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.
