Ginger Graver Obituary

Ginger L. Graver, 78, of Milton, DE, formerly of Berlinsville, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 26, 2024, after celebrating a joyous Christmas with her family. Born on September 29, 1946, in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Albert G. Fritzinger, Jr., and Phyllis (Geary) Fritzinger. She shared 56 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, James H. Graver, celebrating their anniversary on November 23, 2024. Ginger, a 1964 graduate of Slatington High School and later of Allentown Beauty School, was employed by Day-Timer's, Inc. for 10 years before retiring in 1997. A devoted member of Longneck Methodist Church in Millsboro, DE, she found deep fulfillment in leading Bible studies and prayer groups, sharing her faith and love with those around her. She embraced life's simple joys and treasured time with her family. Ginger loved walking the beach and boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach with her husband and family, as well as boating in the bay, where she found peace and connection with nature. Her love for the outdoors extended to birdwatching and bicycling. In earlier years, she enjoyed attending bicycle races at the Lehigh Valley Velodrome in Breinigsville, PA, cheering on her favorite riders every Friday night. Ginger is survived by her husband, James; her son, Jason J. Graver, and his wife, Karin; her daughter, Jessica E. Graver, all of Allentown, PA; her brother, Randy Fritzinger, and his wife, Anna Lou, of Germansville, PA; her grandson, Lucas; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Future Memorial Services will be announced. Schisler Funeral Home, Northampton, PA, and Melson Funeral Home, Frankford, DE, are entrusted with arrangements. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to an animal shelter of your choice. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.schislerfuneralhomes.com

Ginger was our next door neighbor as I grew up in Slatington. I have a lot of very fond memories of our neighbors getting together for various celebrations. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My heart goes out to all of her family.

Ginger led Bible Study at LNMC and was also a devoted member on Monday's pray group for individuals who were in need of the Lord's lifting of their heart, mind & soul, whatever their need be. It mattered not who they were. Ginger was a warm, loving, beautiful soul. Ginger was alight with the Holy Spirit. She is with the Father, in His loving arms. She will be missed very much but her spirit & joy lives on with the treasured moments of shared time.
