Linda Harpel Obituary

Linda J. Harpel, 76, of Lansdale, passed away January 28, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Donald E. Harpel Jr. for sixty years. Don always considered Linda the "love of his life". Born April 19, 1948 in Lewisburg, Linda was the daughter of the late William and Betty (Lindgren) Nogle. Linda was a most kind, considerate and loving person. She was a "camper extraordinare" and thoroughly enjoyed RVing with her husband. In addition, she loved being at the beach whenever she got the chance. She was highly involved in her children's and grandchildren's extra curricular activities, and was their biggest fan. In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by their two children, Bryan D. Harpel of Garberville, CA and Jennifer L. Wevodau (Brian) of Perkasie. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Brayden (17), Alexis (14), and her siblings, Arlene Smerigan (George) of Huntington Beach, CA and Jane Lorio (Dana), Waller, TX. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, February 4 at 2:30 in the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale, with a visitation from 1:00 to 2:30. Interment is private.
