Luis Antonio Jimenez Jr.

Luis Antonio Jimenez, Jr., 79, of Bethlehem died Sunday, September 14, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital, Anderson Campus. He was the husband of Jean (Fattore) Jimenez with whom he celebrated 50 years of marriage on February 15, 2025. Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Luis Antonio Jimenez, Sr. and the late Carmen (Diaz) Jimenez. After receiving his education in Puerto Rico Luis came to the United States. He was a lead man for Lehigh University for over 30 years before retiring in 2011and a proud member of the Teamsters Union. He was a member of Ebenezer New Reformed Church, Bethlehem. A talented musician, Luis was an accomplished accordion player. He loved to entertain his family and his many friends. He enjoyed salsa music, watching football, wrestling and basketball. Luis was extremely proud of his family. Survivors: Wife; sons, Lucas Jimenez and his companion Cindy Newhart, Luis Antonio Jimenez III and his wife Rosemary all of Bethlehem; siblings, Jorge Jimenez of Phillipsburg, NJ, Adelina Mendez and her husband Miguel of Bethlehem, Robert Jimenez and his companion Clara of Hellertown, Gladys Dellatore and her husband Joe, of Bethlehem, Manuel Jimenez and his wife Susan of Clearwater, FL, Henry Jimenez of Bethlehem, Theresa Santiago and her husband Jesus of Catasauqua; grandchildren, Destiny Jimenez of Bethlehem, Kyle Jimenez and fiancé Tatiana Oliveria of Bethlehem; great grandchildren, Marcelina, Zaiden and Kaiden. He was predeceased by his brother, Hector Diaz. Service: Funeral Service 11:00AM Thursday, September 18, 2025 at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem. A viewing will be held from 9:00AM to 11:00AM Thursday, September 18, 2025 at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
