Mary Craft

Mary Craft, passed away on the 8th of September, 2025, in Ashland, Kentucky. Born on the 29th of December, 1950, in Canton, Ohio, Mary's life was a testament to the strength and compassion that she carried within her heart.

Mary's journey began as the beloved daughter of the late Jesse Manford McKenzie and Alberta Martha Flatt McKenzie. Her early years were shaped by the bonds of family, a theme that would resonate throughout her life. Although her parents and sisters Jennifer McKenzie and Clara Rohach preceded her in death, the values they instilled in her never waned.

Mary's legacy is lovingly carried on by her devoted daughter Heather Hall and her husband Chris of Ashland, KY, and her son Russ Craft of Lexington, KY. She was a treasured grandmother to Brooklyn Garland, whose life has been brightly illuminated by Mary's guidance and love. Mary's memory is also honored by her dear siblings Linda Watts and her husband Robert, Thomas McKenzie and his wife Dorothy, Jesse McKenzie and his wife Debra, and Steven McKenzie and his wife Ann, along with a host of extended family and friends who were touched by her warmth and grace.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Mary served her country with honor and distinction. Her dedication to service was a hallmark of her character, and it continued to be evident in her civilian life.

Mary's faith was the cornerstone of her existence. She loved the Lord with all her heart and found great joy in having Bible Study. Her spirituality was a source of strength and inspiration, not just for her but for all who knew her. Mary's devotion as a grandmother was unparalleled. She poured her love into her family, creating a legacy of cherished memories that will forever be held dear.
