Michael Sustello Obituary

Michael Paul Sustello Jr., 80, of Blandon, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at his home on August 16, 2025. Born in Reading, PA, on August 31, 1944, Michael spent his life in Berks County, where he built a career as a skilled and dedicated auto mechanic. His love for cars extended far beyond the garage-he was passionate about racing and cherished the time he spent talking shop, fixing engines, and enjoying the camaraderie that came with it. Michael was a devoted family man who deeply valued time spent with his loved ones. He is survived by his beloved wife, Debbie Sustello (née Barr); his children, Heather Sustello (married to Brandon Willman), Tracy Rivera (married to Jose Rivera), and Chad Sustello; and his cherished grandchildren, Desiree and Damien. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael Sustello Sr. and Anna Sustello (née Savello). Known for his kindness, quick wit, and love of all things automotive, Michael was a friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
