Mindy Pausinger Obituary

Mindy Lee Pausinger, born on March 20, 1968, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, passed away on April 1, 2025, in Bangor, Pennsylvania. Surrounded by family and loved ones.

Mindy was predeceased by parents Donald and Bertha Reitenauer and sister Melody Howard. She is

survived by brothers Allen and Donald Reitenauer. Mindy was the proud mother of sons Thorsten (wife

Vanessa) and Marcus (fiancée Angelica), and grandchildren Mya, Mesziah, and Aulani Pausinger. Mindy

is also survived by ex. Husband Steve Pausinger and Husband Mark Sassaman.

Mindy graduated from Dieruff H.S Class of 1985. She was self-employed as a residential cleaning

specialist. Known for her high energy, upbeat spirit, outspoken nature and strong work ethic. She

brought light and laughter into everyone's lives and left a lasting impression on all people she

encountered.

Mindy's strong personality will be greatly missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring joy and

comfort to all who knew and loved her.

So very sorry for your loss...I met Mindy when my son, Patrick and Marcus started kindergarten...Steve, Mindy, Thorsten and Marcus became Patrick's second family all through elementary school and helped shape him into the wonderful young man he is today...we have very fond memories and will forever hold them dear...wishing you all love and peace.

We will always love Mindy . She was such a giving , honest and caring friend .We remember the day that we met Mindy . Mark and her were walking past our boat and struck up a conversation with us . We must have talked and laughed for over an hour . Since that day , we were good friends . We will forever miss her .
