Monika Maziarz

Monika Maziarz age 42 of Effort, PA passed away Friday, October 3, 2025, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Monika was born in Poland on May 1, 1983, daughter of the late Kazimierz and Wladyslawa (Mocarska) Kuprel. Monika was the loving wife of Damian Maziarz. They would have celebrated their 20th Wedding Anniversary on October 15, 2025. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Gilbert, Pa. We have been blessed with the presence of Monika in our lives. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband: Damian Maziarz. She was the loving mother of Arthur, Emma and Adam Maziarz all of Effort, PA. Monika is also survived by her siblings: Janusz Kuprel and spouse Marta of NY, Piotr Kuprel and girlfriend Edyta and family of NJ, Tomasz Kuprel of NY, Agnieszka Reyes and spouse Natanial of NJ, Mateusz Kuprel and spouse Marta of NY and many nieces, nephews and cousins, mother-in-law and father-in-law: Franciszka and Janusz Maziarz of NY.
