Pat you'll always be in my heart. You've welcomed me into the famiily with warmth, love and opened arms. I still can't believe you're gone...but not far from my heart and mind. I'll miss our talks and most of all your love. Rest in peace. You're free from pain. You're my angel now. I love you.
