Raymond Hudman Obituary

Raymond T. Hudman, a 49-year-old resident of East Stroudsburg, passed away on early Saturday morning, August 16, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital - Monroe Campus. Born on February 11, 1976, in South Philadelphia, Raymond resided in Monroe County in 1984, until he joined the United States Air Force in 1995. During his military service, Raymond served in the telecommunications and computer network and security field, stationed at various locations, including Rammstein Airbase in Germany, Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter, South Carolina, Kadena Airbase in Okinawa Japan, and in Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. While in Keesler, he was a technical school instructor, and also wrote Technical curriculum for telecommunications and computer networking. During his military career, Raymond participated in several tours in the Middle East and South Korea. After 20 years of dedicated service, Raymond retired as a Master Sergeant in 2015. In the civilian sector, he collaborated with numerous prominent corporations, securing military contracts for telecommunications and computer, networking. Raymond is survived by his parents, retired Air Force Veteran Rayburn and Margarita Hudman, of Cresco; his mother, Susan (Jackson) Hudman, of East Stroudsburg; three sons, Griffin Milner of Sumter, South Carolina; Dylan Hudman of Sumter, South Carolina; and Samuel Hudman of Baltimore, Maryland; a brother, retired Air Force veteran Richard Hudman, of East Stroudsburg; and a sister, Kathleen Harris (and husband Charles), of Kunkletown. Services will be held on Friday, August 22nd at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg with visitation beginning at 1:00PM followed by a Catholic prayer service at 2:00pm with Deacon Kevin Scheirer officiating. Private burial will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.
