Robert H. Heimbach

Robert H. Heimbach, formerly of Southside Easton, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Born December 21, 1957, in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Henry and Lucille (Buss) Heimbach. Bob graduated from Easton Area High School, Class of 1975, where he played baseball. He also attended Northampton County Vo-Tech where he studied printing. He was last employed by Harmony Press. Previously, he worked for the Express-Times. He had also been a bartender at the former Order of Fleas, Inc. Bob enjoyed golfing, bowling and pitching quoits in several area leagues, and trips to the casinos. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. He was a life member of Citizens Hose Company, Liberty Hose Company and the former Order of Fleas, Inc. Surviving are three daughters, Melissa Lehmann, of Allentown, Andrea Fehr and her husband Eric, of Palmer Township, and Julie Weiner and her husband Jason, of Baltimore, MD; five grandchildren, Taylor Fehr, Allie Lehmann, Brett Fehr, Ellie and Grant Weiner; eight siblings, Edward Sigman and his wife Connie, of Nazareth, Sandra O'Connell and her husband Daniel, of Easton, Gary Sigman and his wife Marianne, of Palmer Township, Dennis Sigman and his wife Sharon, Deborah Rissmiller and her husband Steve, Timothy Heimbach and his wife Marianne, and Thomas Heimbach, all of Easton, and Paul Heimbach and his wife Tracy, of Tobyhanna; a brother-in-law, Robert Vitko, of Forks Township; many nieces and nephews; and his former spouse, Kimberly Heimbach, of Easton. He was predeceased by a sister, Linda Vitko. Services will be held at 2pm Friday, May 16th, in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 602 W. Berwick St., Easton. Call Friday 12:30-2pm in the funeral home.
