Todd Anthony Pugliese

Todd Anthony Pugliese {Pug} passed away peacefully at Reading Hospital 8/7/2025 surrounded by him family. He was born on September 2, 1967 in Reading PA to Linda and Anthony Pugliese.

A proud 1986 graduate of Muhlenberg high school, he played foot ball. Also involved in shot put and discus. His fondest memory was traveling to Noter Dame to compete in the Junior Olympics. He was a graduate of Delaware Technology majoring in HVAC. He was a retired custodian for the Reaching/Muhlenberg CTC. Todd was an amazing cook. Home made pizza, ham and Italian gravy were his specialties. An avid lover of hunting and fishing, and a right leg amputee, he was very proud to be involved with the Disabled Hunters program. Coaching girls softball for many years. His highlight was coaching his own children. Animals were his soft spot. He was an amazing cat daddy to Puppy, Josie [aka Missy}, Michael, and Raven. Rehoboth Delaware was his favorite place on earth, where he spent many summers as a child commercial clamming with his grandfather. Todd is survived by his beloved wife of 7 years Nancy Sheidy Pugliese, Muhlenberg. Beautiful daughters, Samantha Besser wife of David , Leesport. Alexis Pugliese fiance' of Anthony Lessig, Birdsboro. Their mother Cindy Mell, Leesport. Bonus Children Alexander Samsel, Sinking Springs PA. Victoria Samsel parter of Miguel Atienza, MA. Predeceased by his beloved mother Linda Carr Pugliese. Father Anthony Pugliese, Reading PA. Sister Tammy wife of Harold, Rohoboth DE. Nieces Amanda and Ashley Shenk, Rehoboth DE. Brother in law Thomas Sheidy, Reading. His best friends, David Seisler, Andy Roberts, Becky Roberts, Sharon Glass, Stacey Kemmerling, Jimmy Brossman, John Mullen, Natuska Preston, Desiree Kern, Allen Quier, The Walton Family, The Schnee Family, The Unrath Family. And Godson Brandon Seisler. You all did the best you could and are so loved and appreciated. Don't take your organs to heaven, heaven knows we need them here. Live life after death - pledge to donate your body.
