Vaugn Bauder Obituary

Vaugn D. Bauder, 86, of Allentown, formerly of Coopersburg, passed away Monday, June 16, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. She was the wife of the late James F. Bauder, whom she met while working at the Coca-Cola Company. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Emmett J.B. and Edna V. (Hein) Diehl. She was a member of the former Lutheran Congregation of Chestnut Hill Church, Coopersburg. Throughout her career, she worked in various clerical and sales positions including Solmar Surgical Supply and Solerno Fundraising. In her earlier years, she was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Mostly, she will be remembered for enjoying crossword puzzles, the Phillies and her many cats. Survivors: son Thomas A. and his wife Sherry of Bethlehem; daughter Jamie, wife of the late Doug Stoudt of Allentown; sister Margaret Pearson of Coopersburg; 5 grandchildren, Jason (Tori), Christina, Carli (Jonathan), Melissa (Chase), Benjamin; 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Joel and sisters Euna Peters, Eva Martin, Margery Tanaka Weaver and Alma Toth. Services: 11:00 AM, Saturday June 21, 2025 at Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St., Allentown. Calling hour will begin at 10:00 AM. Memorials can be made to an animal charity of one's choice.
